Refund & Replacement Policy
Due to the nature of products sold under the Nasodine® brand, returns are not accepted. However, we will offer a refund or replacement in cases where a product is damaged, leaking or faulty.
Please inspect your Nasodine order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@nasodine.com if:
- the product arrives damaged or leaking, or
- you have received the incorrect item.
Please include clear photographs of the product and packaging in your email to help us assess the issue. Where eligible, we will provide a refund or replacement for the full value of the affected product.
Change-of-mind refunds are not accepted, including situations where the product is no longer required or was purchased in error, unless otherwise advised or prescribed by a medical practitioner, or where required under applicable consumer laws.
