Shipping policy

Order processing begins immediately after we receive your order. All orders are generally prepared for fulfilment within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays) following receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive a further notification once your order has shipped.

Nasodine LLC ships only to the countries listed in the “Delivery/Country” menu on our website. Please note that we are currently unable to ship to countries within the European Union (EU).

We offer flat-rate standard shipping to all available destinations. Local pickup is not available. We do not offer express shipping at this time.

For orders shipped outside the United States, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT, which are applied once the order reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and Nasodine LLC is not responsible for any additional fees incurred.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

We do not accept returns; however, we may offer a refund or replacement in accordance with our Refund & Replacement Policy.
